Morning Coffee...

Here is a picture of our daily routine... every day after we have our self-awareness meditation with Dr. Richards, a few of us head off to the coffee cart. The men in the back know my order by now... Ham,Egg, & Cheese Roll & Iced Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Yes, it is true... I have become a coffee drinker since I've been in New York. Here you see me with Sylvia (middle) and Rosa (right).

At lunch we see the same guys for some chicken and rice. I need to take a picture of the men... maybe tomorrow!

My inspiration...

The book, The Alchemist changed my life and why I have made the changes and taken the risks I have in the past years. I want you to hear just a little piece of the introduction from the author, Paulo Coehlo, himself:

Oscar Wilde said: “Each man kills the thing he loves.” And it’s true. The mere possibility of getting what we want fills the soul of the ordinary person with guilt. We look around at all those who have failed to get what they want and feel that we do not deserve to get what we want either.
