For the past few days I have received little sleep in anticipation of this new venture. I am sure I have called each and every one of you looking at this blog more than once telling you how scared I was to come and begin this 
program. I know it will be rigorous; I know it will be mind-blowing; I know I will change because of it. Maybe that's why I've been a basket case. Change for me has always been out of my comfort zone, but what I have realized as I grow older is that I become a better person when I am out of my comfort zone - that's when I am learning. If I'm not learning something new, I'm not living. So... here's to everyone reading this who is taking a chance out of their comfort zone to grow and become better in some way. Let's begin this journey.
